These are New / Old stock, due to there age and storage, there are some signs of yellowing, and they may also need cleaning as they maybe dusty.
- This size was used by Raleigh and so many other British manufacturers of kids bikes for decades, the size can still be found on some imported bikes today
- They are new old stock that have never been fitted to a bike, however they may have some discolouration to the sidewall due to age
- They have a conventional road type tread
